Das Bundesverfassungsgericht hat mit seiner Entscheidung vom 12.12.2007 ( 1 BvR 1625/06) klargestellt, dass Rechtsanwälte auf ihrer Internetseite mit einer sogenannten "Gegnerliste" um Mandate werben dürfen.
